Following the voices of family and friends left behind, this documentary will illuminate the life and death of my mother Ilse. On dec 2011 she was diagnosed with terminal breast cancer and  died in may 2016. During that time, she was much more than just her terminal illness, but life slowly became more unbearable and unfair. In this documentary, I will tell who she was before and after her diagnoses. And how it changed everyone around her who loved her dearly. And still.
